Most of the customers who buy magnets want more strong magnets. Strong magnetism is what we call powerful magnets. Will high temperature strong magnets also demagnetize?

The commonly used magnets N35 and N38 can be solved (such as medical equipment, health care products, electronic products, packaging products, etc.). For some magnets that require performance lower than N35, we do not do it due to poor stability. Our factory department They all start from the standard material N35.

 

Relatively speaking, the performance of N40 and above is better, of course, the price is also much more expensive, and it is generally used for mobile phones, precision instruments, aerospace, and cutting-edge scientific research.

 

Temperature-resistant magnets are generally used by motor customers; some special customers occasionally use them.

 

Therefore, if the customer considers high temperature resistance and high performance, it is recommended to use the following properties:

 

1. The data ends with M, for example: N50M, the temperature resistance is generally ≤100°C

2. The data ends with H, for example: N48M temperature resistance is generally ≤120°C

3. The end of the data ends with SH, for example: N45SH temperature resistance is generally ≤150°C

4. The data ends with UH, for example: N35UH temperature resistance is generally ≤180°C

5. The end of the data is EH, for example: N50M, the temperature resistance is generally ≤200°C

6. The data ends with AH, for example: N35AHM temperature resistance is generally ≤220°C

 

The above five properties are all high temperature resistant type. Once the temperature exceeds the predetermined temperature, the magnet will demagnetize, so high temperature resistant strong magnet does not mean that it will not demagnetize.

 

There are several types of high temperature resistant magnets, such as AlNiCo, SmCo, FeCrCo, etc., and these materials also have different grades of performance.
