Principle of brake
The working principle of braking mainly comes from friction. The friction between brake pads and brake discs (drums) and between tires and the ground is used to convert the kinetic energy of the vehicle into heat energy after friction and stop the vehicle. The brake pedal must have sufficient heat dissipation and effective heat transmission from the master brake pump to each brake pump, so as to ensure that the brake pedal can fully transmit the braking force and the braking force caused by failure.
The braking system on the car is divided into disc brake and drum brake. However, in addition to the cost advantage, the efficiency of drum brake is far less than that of disc brake. Therefore, the braking system discussed will only focus on disc brake.

Working Principle of brake sensor

The second is the sensor type. Under normal working conditions, it is generally normally open, that is, the sensor is always a path. When the wire of the sensor is worn off, it becomes an open circuit, and there is an alarm display on the instrument panel to remind the owner of the braking system, so as to get real-time maintenance.The magnet is usually built into the brake sensor.
