Production process
1.Mixing of raw materials
2.Compacting the powder mixture
3.Sintering
4.Grinding and milling: After sintering, the magnet is ground and milled to the desired shape and size.
5.Injection molding: The ground and milled magnet powder is then mixed with a polymer matrix and injected into a mold. The mold is heated and pressurized to create a flexible magnet with a specific shape and size.
6.Magnetic orientation: The flexible magnet is then magnetized in a specific direction to align the magnetic particles and create a strong magnetic field.

Product Features
The laboratory achieves a maximum energy product of 80KJ/m3 (10.0MGO) for isotropic flexible NdFeB, and a maximum energy product of 100KJ/m3 (12.5MGO) for anisotropic flexible NdFeB. The magnetic performance range of mass-produced isotropic flexible NdFeB products is: 16~68KJ/m3 (2.0~8.5MGO), and can be magnetized in any number of stages.
