Structure of permanent magnet micro generator:
Micro generators are usually composed of stator, rotor, end cover, bearing and other components.
The stator is composed of stator core, wire wrapped winding, base and other structural parts fixing these parts.
The rotor is composed of rotor core (or magnetic pole, magnetic choke) winding, retaining ring, central ring, slip ring, fan, rotating shaft and other components.
The stator and rotor of the generator are connected and assembled by the bearing and end cover, so that the rotor can rotate in the stator and cut the magnetic line of force, so as to generate induced potential, which is led out through the wiring terminal and connected to the circuit to generate current.

Working principle of permanent magnet micro generator:
There are ABC three-phase coils with equal coil turns in the stator core slot of micro generator. There are also coils with N pole and S pole on the rotor core slot. When the external DC current is connected to the rotor coil through brush and slip ring, a magnetic line of force will be generated on the rotor coil. The direction of the magnetic line of force is from N pole to S pole. When the generator rotor is driven by the steam turbine rotor to rotate at 3600 rpm, It is equivalent that the magnetic field line of the rotor is also rotating at this speed. This process is cut by the stator coil, which generates induced electromotive force (induced voltage) in the stator coil, and the generator is connected with the load on the external line to output power generation. This is the basic principle.

1. Samarium Cobalt has high temperature resistance (400 ℃), shiny metal color and relatively high price. Considering comprehensively, Samarium Cobalt is rarely used in micro generators.
2. The price of permanent Ferrite is very low, and the Oxygen resistance of rotor can be achieved because of the high temperature sintering of permanent Ferrite.
3. Neodymium magnet has the advantages of small size, light weight, high torque inertia ratio, high response of servo system, high power and speed / weight ratio, high starting torque and power saving. The shape is mostly tile, ring, etc.
Nd-Fe-B is also divided into Sintered Nd-Fe-B and Bonded Nd-Fe-B, and many customers choose Bonded Nd-Fe-B Multi-pole rings.
