Most of the magnet manufacturers buy back the magnet blanks and then produce and process them according to the size required by the customer. Magnet slicing is to use an inner circle slicer or a multi-line slicer to cut a large magnet (NdFeB strong magnet) blank into pieces. For small pieces, the multi-line slicer is more powerful and efficient.

Alloy permanent magnets can be cut by wire, and are generally used to cut tiles and large-sized products. Ferrite can be milled or sliced.

What is the slicing process of the powerful magnet?
The rough material processed by punching and other methods is first pressed into a certain shape before slicing, and the columns are glued together with 502 special glue to facilitate batch processing. After that, it enters the wire cutting workshop for machining, and the slicing is completed by the inner circle slicer.

This process cuts the outer diameter of the pillar required by the customer's order to the thickness required by the order, or processes the vector data of the square magnet required by the customer according to the three directions of length, width and height, and finally cuts out the size of the finished product required by the customer.
