High Temperature SmCo Magnet
Bonded SmCo is the same as bonded NdFeB, using a special samarium-cobalt magnetic powder and plastic binder to mix, press, and then heat-treat the production process. Products produced by this process can achieve complex shapes and highly precise dimensions without subsequent processing.
Bonded SmCo is similar to bonded NdFeB. It uses a special samarium-cobalt magnetic powder mixed with a plastic binder, followed by pressing and heat treatment during production. This process allows for the creation of complex shapes and highly precise dimensions without the need for further processing.

Isotropic Molding
Mixed with polymer materials, the compound is pressed into various shapes of permanent magnet products using molds. It has the following characteristics: it can be magnetized in any direction and is suitable for making radial or axial (end-face) multi-pole magnetized magnets. Once formed, the precision requirements are met, and various shapes and specifications are achieved. It has strong corrosion resistance and generally does not require surface treatment. It also offers high temperature stability.
Anisotropic Molding
When mixed with polymer materials, magnetic field orientation is applied during the molding process, pressing the material into permanent magnet products of various shapes. Its characteristics include the ability to achieve axial or radial orientation, greatly improving magnetic performance. Once formed, it meets precision requirements and can take on various shapes and specifications. Like isotropic molding, it has strong corrosion resistance and generally does not require surface treatment. It also exhibits high temperature stability.
Anisotropic Injection Molding
Anisotropic samarium-cobalt magnetic powder is mixed with polymer plastics (PA, PPS, etc.), and magnetic field orientation is applied during the molding process. The material is then injected into permanent magnet products of various shapes. Its characteristics include the ability to achieve high performance in the orientation direction. Complex shapes can be formed in one step, and it can be integrally molded with inserts such as shafts or sleeves, reducing assembly steps and improving assembly accuracy. It has strong corrosion resistance and generally does not require surface treatment. It also provides high temperature stability.
