20x10x5 mm neodymium block magnets are rectangular sintered NdFeB permanent magnets measuring 20 mm in length, 10 mm in width and 5 mm in thickness. Their compact size and strong magnetic performance make them suitable for magnetic fixtures, positioning devices, industrial assemblies and general-purpose holding applications.
As a neodymium magnet manufacturer with our own production facilities, we offer these rectangular magnets in grades N35 to N52, with nickel-copper-nickel (Ni-Cu-Ni) plating as a common surface finish. Standard magnetization is through the 5 mm thickness, creating magnetic poles on the two 20x10 mm faces. Custom grades, coatings and magnetization directions are available according to application requirements.

Grades from N35 to N52 provide different magnetic performance options. Higher-temperature grades can also be considered where improved resistance to thermal demagnetization is required.
For applications exposed to moisture or corrosive environments, alternative protective coatings can be specified. Coating selection should consider environmental exposure, operating temperature and assembly requirements.
