Strong Magnet Salt Spray Test

Feb 18, 2023

An environmental test that uses artificially simulated salt spray environmental conditions created by salt spray test equipment to assess the corrosion resistance of product surfaces. Generally, 5% sodium chloride saline solution is used, and the pH value of the solution is adjusted to a neutral range (6-7) as a solution for spraying, the test temperature is 35°C, the humidity is above 95%, and the amount of time required for the corrosion phenomenon to occur on the surface coating of the product is expressed.

The salt spray corrosion test chamber of strong magnets can assess the ability of salt spray corrosion of certain products through the assessment of the ability of salt spray corrosion of materials and their protective layers, as well as the comparison of the process quality of similar protective layers; this product is suitable for zero Salt spray corrosion tests of components, electronic components, protective layers of metallic materials and industrial products.

Strong magnets can be used as test methods:
1. Neutral salt spray test (LRHS-108-RY)
2. Salt spray test (LRHS-270-RY)
3. Acetic salt spray test (LRHS-412-RY)
4. Copper-accelerated vinegar instinct test
5. High temperature and humidity test

Test temperature:
Neutral salt spray test: test room: 35°C ± 1°C, b. Saturated air barrel: 47°C ± 1°C
Acid corrosion test: laboratory: 50°C ± 1°C, b. Saturated air barrel: 63°C ± 1°C
It can also be set according to JIS, CNS and other standards.
