Automotive Fuel Gauge Magnet (material, Magnetic Field Strength, Specification) Introduction

Mar 06, 2023

The fuel gauge can be used to indicate how much fuel is stored in the fuel tank. It consists of two parts: the fuel gauge installed on the dashboard and the sensor installed in the fuel tank. There are two kinds of fuel indicator gauges, electromagnetic type and bimetallic type, and the sensors are variable resistance type.

Features of fuel gauge magnets:

1. The magnetic steel of the oil pressure gauge is made of plastic magnetic neodymium iron boron material, and the two poles are magnetized. The magnetic field strength can be adjusted from 850Gs to 2500Gs;

2. It can be formed with the needle shaft insert at one time, with high dimensional accuracy; it avoids the shortcomings of dimensional deviation and product cracks caused by the secondary assembly process;

3. The unique magnet polymer coating technology has good anti-corrosion effect and uniform magnetic properties.
