Structure:

Sensors typically consist of two parts: a guide rod with magnetic markings and a fixed magnetic ring. The magnetic ring is a source of magnetic field, which acts on the guide rod through its generated magnetic field. A magnetic sensing element is embedded inside the guide rod, which can sense the magnetic changes of the guide rod and then determine its displacement. When an external magnetic field is applied to the magnetic ring, the magnetic properties of the ring will change, resulting in a slight expansion and contraction of the waveguide rod.

Principle:

By measuring the magnetic field changes on the waveguide rod, the sensor can accurately calculate the displacement of the waveguide rod, thereby achieving the purpose of measuring displacement.
