Production cycle of ring magnet

A question that many customers will ask before placing an order for a ring-shaped magnet-how many days will it take for a large-scale delivery? How long does it take to produce ring neodymium magnets?

The first thing is to prepare materials. It takes at least one day to purchase raw materials and check whether they are qualified.

The second is punching. Use the punching machine to punch the inner hole of the qualified blank. The progress of metal drilling is slow and takes 2 days. If it is a countersunk hole, there is one more process, which is to drill a straight hole first and then countersink.

The third is slicing. After punching, the blank is put into a slicer for slicing. 10,000 pieces of magnets will take 5 days without rushing the goods.

The fourth is chamfering. The cut black pieces are chamfered by the chamfering machine (no chamfering can not be electroplated, or the electroplated surface is easy to fall off). takes 1 day

The fifth is electroplating. After it is done, send it to the electroplating factory for electroplating. It takes 2 days for electroplating.

The sixth is magnetization and packaging. 1 day or so.

That is to say, it takes 10-12 days for a normal disc magnet, 12-15 days for a disc to punch holes, and 10-12 days for a square magnet because it needs to be cut 3 times to form it.

I believe that after reading it, I have a certain understanding of the cycle of the production of circular magnets. If you are a purchasing friend, I hope that you will not be too urgent on the delivery date, and rush will lead to chaos. Give a delivery date acceptable to both parties.
